Dil Wickremasinghe is a Social Entrepreneur whose vision is to create an inclusive Ireland.  She has over 13 years experience in the hospitality industry and seven years in the recruitment industry as Senior Recruitment Consultant &  Officer.

As a member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development, Dil holds a Diploma in Personnel Management from the National College of Ireland and has an Industry Trainers License (Level 6) awarded by FETAC. In addition, Dil is on the Board of Akidwa and is involved with numerous other NGO's that campaign towards social and racial integration and has made numerous oral and written submissions to the Oireachtais.

Dil presents a weekly 2 hour live radio programme on Newstalk 106-108 FM called "Global Village" Irelands only mainstream radio programme which focuses on equality and social justice issues. The programme also hopes to raise awareness of the Irish 9 Grounds of Equality.

MAMA 2008, Dil was shortlisted for the Media and Multicultural Awards under the Individual and Media Category.
