This course introduces participants to the concepts, theories and practices of Diversity and Equality Awareness which are essential to the successful operation of any organization. This course will be of benefit on an organizational and individual level. The programme challenges preconceived notions based on gender, age, religion, sexual orientation, race and a myriad of other characteristics that often get in the way of productivity. Thus assisting the organization and its employees to work better together and to be aware and value the differences of their increasingly changing customer base.
